Return, Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Courtyard Farms, we’re committed to delivering the freshest and highest-quality products to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our dairy items, we follow strict hygiene and quality protocols during packaging and delivery. Please read our policy carefully.


1. Returns

Since we deliver fresh, perishable products, returns are available under certain conditions. If your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is incorrect, simply reach out to us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order details—we’ll be happy to arrange a suitable solution promptly.

We’ll review the case and may offer a replacement or refund based on the situation.


2. Cancellations

A. Regular Orders (Non-Subscription)

  • Orders can be cancelled up to 6 hours before delivery.

  • Cancellations after this window are not eligible for a refund due to the perishability and scheduling of delivery.

B. Subscription Orders

  • You can pause, skip, or cancel your upcoming delivery until 6 PM the previous day.

  • Changes after this cut-off may not be accommodated as the product is already in preparation or transit.

To manage your subscription, please log in to your account or contact our customer care.


3. Refunds

Refunds are processed in the following cases:

  • Spoiled or damaged products, verified by our team.

  • Failed deliveries due to our error.

  • Order cancellations made within the permissible window.

Refunds are processed from our end  within 48 hours via the original mode of payment . The amount may get credited to your account within 5–7 business days depending upon the payment method. In case of COD orders, we will request your bank details for a direct transfer.

Please note:
Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Delay due to unavoidable factors (traffic, weather).

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact details provided by the customer.

  • Missed deliveries due to unavailability of the customer.


4. Exceptional Situations

Courtyard Farms reserves the right to evaluate each case individually. We believe in fairness and customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile to make things right when justified.
